By sponsoring regional student symposia, AAEM/RSA aims to promote the field of emergency medicine as a whole and educate students interested in the field about the great benefits that AAEM/RSA offers its members.
In addition to grant funds, AAEM/RSA-sponsored symposia will receive support from the staff in advertising the symposium, maintaining the website/online registration process, and providing on-site registration materials. In return, AAEM/RSA asks that the host institution charge a registration fee for non-members of $30 that will cover their membership through the completion of the academic year and have a dedicated slot for an AAEM/RSA speaker.
